Lashes lift or Eyelashes Extension?
Lashes lift is a treatment that boosts your lashes naturally. It’s a good option if you are new on eyelash treatments or are looking for a lower maintenance option compared to eyelash extension.
What is the best option?
Both are great alternatives and depend on what you are looking for. If you don’t have a regular beauty routine, lashes lift will suit better with your lifestyle.
If your lashes are too thin and/or there are many gaps, eyelash extension will suit you better.
Another important point is the length and volume of your natural lashes, the lift helps to improve it, but won’t have a dramatic change in your eyes. If you want a dramatic effect, extensions would be a better fit.
Aftercare for both treatments:
- Avoid getting it wet for the first 48 hours after application
- Do not sleep on your face
- Do not use oily based products
- Brush them in the morning
- Be gentle with them, no rubbing
- Sauna and Steam may weaken the effect of the treatment and can make them lasting less
Can I use mascara?
- Lashes lift – Yes, probably you won’t need it, but you can use water-based mascaras, but don’t use waterproof mascaras and oily makeup removal on the area, it can make your treatment lasting less.
- Eyebrow extension – We don’t recommend! May lead to premature lash lose. Avoid oil-based products around the eyes
How long are they lasting?
- Eyelash extension lasting between 3-6 weeks, and you can choose from a natural look, volume or dramatic effect.
- Lashes lift lasting between 6-8 weeks and emphasis your eyes having a length, volume and lift, but the quality of your natural lashes will have an impact on the results
